Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. oleo
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 72 (1 1/4 x 2 1/2-inch) honey graham cracker sections (2 pkg. Keebler)
Method
- Line ungreased cookie sheets with 72 graham crackers.
- Bring butter, oleo and sugar to boil and continue boiling for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Pour mixture over crackers, spreading "glaze" evenly over crackers.
- (Continue stirring mixture in pan while pouring, while avoiding drafts.)
- Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 7 minutes.
- Remove to wax paper immediately. When cooled, best stored in tight can.
