Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. oleo
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 72 (1 1/4 x 2 1/2-inch) honey graham cracker sections (2 pkg. Keebler)

Method

  • Line ungreased cookie sheets with 72 graham crackers.
  • Bring butter, oleo and sugar to boil and continue boiling for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Pour mixture over crackers, spreading "glaze" evenly over crackers.
  • (Continue stirring mixture in pan while pouring, while avoiding drafts.)
  • Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 7 minutes.
  • Remove to wax paper immediately. When cooled, best stored in tight can.
