Ingredients

  • 1 c. onion
  • 1/4 c. mushroom bits and pieces
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • Garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. soft corn tortillas
  • 1 chicken
  • Cheese slices

Method

  • Saute onions and mushrooms in butter.
  • Boil chicken, save juice.
  • Combine all can goods and spices.
  • Debone chicken and add to canned good mixture.
  • Boil tortillas in chicken juice for 5 minutes.
  • Then put layer in pan, followed by layer of chicken mix. Put cheese slices on top.
  • Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.
