Ingredients
- 22 ounces corn
- 1 pound cheddar cheese, very old, sharp
- 1 can green chili peppers
- 6 cloves garlic
Method
- Chop the corn in small batches in food processor, not too much, you want chunks mush.
- Shred cheese and mix with corn dump can of chilis into mix.
- Bake for one hour.
