Ingredients
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2/3 c. crushed crackers
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 lb. any white fish
Method
- Place butter and onion in 9 x 13-inch baking dish in 350° oven until butter is melted.
- Combine cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, salt, oregano and garlic.
- Dip fish fillets in the butter then in crumb mixture.
- Arrange fillets in baking dish.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until fish is tender.
- In summer, wrap individually in foil and cook on grill until fish flakes.
