Ingredients
- 2 c. (12 oz. pkg.) Nestle Toll House butterscotch flavored morsels
- 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 2 c. chopped walnuts
- 2 (8 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Method
- Melt morsels and butter in medium, heavy saucepan over low heat.
- Stir until smooth. Stir in crumbs and walnuts.
- Reserve 2 cups crumb mixture for topping.
- Press remaining mixture into ungreased 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 12 minutes.
