Ingredients
- 8 c. popped corn
- 1/2 c. broken pecan pieces
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/3 c. corn syrup
- 1/4 c. butternut pecan or butterscotch pudding mix
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Spray roasting pan with nonstick spray.
- Place the popped corn and pecans in the roasting pan and keep warm in 300° oven while making the syrup.
