Ingredients
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. peach Jell-O or 1 (6 oz.)
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 1 large carton Cool Whip
- 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Method
- Heat pineapple with Jell-O until dissolved. Cool completely. Add buttermilk, drained pineapple and Cool Whip.
- Mix thoroughly. Add nuts.
- Pour into a 13 x 9-inch pan and refrigerate until set. Can be
- used as a salad or a dessert.
- Serves 10 to 12.
