- 4 pork chops
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 3/8 c. water
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. dried mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Method
- Brown chops in margarine; remove.
- Saute onion until browned. Add remaining ingredients and cook 20 minutes.
- Pour over chops in a baking dish.
- Cover and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
