Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 sq. unsweetened chocolate
  • 1/4 c. butter

Method

  • Melt 1/2 cup butter and 2 squares chocolate together.
  • Add the eggs, sugar and flour.
  • Put into a greased 8 x 8-inch pan.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
  • Brown 1/4 cup butter slightly.
  • Add powdered sugar, cream and vanilla.
  • Put topping on the warm brownies.
  • Melt the remaining butter and chocolate.
  • Ice brownies with this mixture.
