Ingredients

  • 1 small pkg. sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 (16 oz.) carton low-fat light sour cream
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 4 packets Sweet 'N Low or Equal
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip lite
  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 2 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
  • chopped pecans (optional)

Method

  • Prepare pudding as directed on package using low-fat milk. Mix pudding, sour cream, pineapple and sweetener.
  • Pour into pie shell.
  • Top with Cool Whip and garnish with kiwi fruit. Refrigerate until ready to use.
