Ingredients
- 1 small pkg. sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
- 1 (16 oz.) carton low-fat light sour cream
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
- 4 packets Sweet 'N Low or Equal
- 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip lite
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 2 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
- chopped pecans (optional)
Method
- Prepare pudding as directed on package using low-fat milk. Mix pudding, sour cream, pineapple and sweetener.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Top with Cool Whip and garnish with kiwi fruit. Refrigerate until ready to use.
