Ingredients
- 1 pkg. hot roll mix
- 3/4 c. warm water
- 1 egg
- 1 to 2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 c. melted margarine
- 1 tsp. chopped onion
- 1/8 tsp. thyme
Method
- Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.
- In large bowl, dissolve yeast in water.
- Stir in egg.
- Add flour mixture.
- Press dough into prepared pan.
- Blend garlic, salt and butter.
- Dip sharp knife into butter, then cut lengthwise and crosswise at 1-inch intervals.
- Brush with remaining mixture; let rise.
- Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes.
