Ingredients

  • 1 lb. butter
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 c. oatmeal
  • 2 c. crushed corn flakes
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips

Method

  • Melt butter; then cool.
  • Add brown sugar, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
  • Then beat well.
  • Add flour, baking powder, soda, oatmeal, corn flakes, pecans and chocolate chips.
  • Dip into cookie sheet with ice cream dipper and bake at 350° for approximately 10 minutes.
