Ingredients
- round steak, thinly sliced and rolled up with string
- 1 medium onion
- 2 c. plain bread crumbs
- 4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Add enough oil to brown bread crumbs, cheese, salt and pepper. Add homemade tomato sauce to crumb mixture; moisten (pasty).
- Add peeled hard-boiled eggs.
- Place bread crumb and sauce mixture layered over round steak, coating it one-inch.
- Roll up.
