Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. Butter, or possibly margarine
  • 1/2 c. White wine, dry
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard Pwdr
  • 2 dsh Tabasco Sauce
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice,Fresh
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper,Black, fresh grnd
  • 2 1/2 lb Venison steaks

Method

  • Heat butter in saucepan over low heat; stir in remaining ingredients & mix well.
  • Bring sauce to boil & remove from heat.
  • Place venison steaks on broiler pan, brush with sauce, & broil fro 5 min; turn & brush sauce on other side.
  • Broil for 5 min or possibly to desired doneness.
  • Use sauce generously.
