Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Butter, or possibly margarine
- 1/2 c. White wine, dry
- 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Pwdr
- 2 dsh Tabasco Sauce
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice,Fresh
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper,Black, fresh grnd
- 2 1/2 lb Venison steaks
Method
- Heat butter in saucepan over low heat; stir in remaining ingredients & mix well.
- Bring sauce to boil & remove from heat.
- Place venison steaks on broiler pan, brush with sauce, & broil fro 5 min; turn & brush sauce on other side.
- Broil for 5 min or possibly to desired doneness.
- Use sauce generously.
