Ingredients
- 2 c. whole milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine
- 2 to 3 c. flaked coconut
Method
- In a blender, mix all ingredients, except coconut.
- Pour into greased fluted pie plate. Sprinkle with 2 to 3 cups flaked coconut.
- Bake in a 350° oven covered with aluminum foil for 20 minutes.
- Continue baking uncovered for additional 15 to 20 minutes until cake test comes out clean.
- Refrigerate overnight. Enjoy!
