Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 c. red and green pepper, chopped
- 2 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 c. broccoli florets (can be frozen)
- 1 lb. penne pasta
Method
- Cook pasta according to directions.
- Three minutes before pasta is done, add broccoli to water.
- Drain.
