Ingredients
- 2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 8 oz. Cracker Barrel sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Put in 9 x 13-inch glass pan.
- Bake at 375° for one hour.
