Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
Method
- Dip broccoli in warm water to slightly thaw.
- Combine mushroom soup and sour cream; mix well.
- Place broccoli on bottom of 1 1/2-quart casserole.
- Pour soup mixture over broccoli.
- Sprinkle with cheese and dot with margarine.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
