Ingredients
- 2 heads broccoli, broken up
- 1 red onion, chopped fine
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. raisins
- 4 to 5 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 Tbsp. red wine
- 1 c. mayo
- 1/4 c. or less sugar to taste
Method
- Let sit for 2 hours or more for better flavor.
- Serves 6 plus.
