Ingredients
- 1 (3 lb.) cooked ham
- 1 (12 oz.) beer
- 1 1/2 c. dark brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- whole cloves
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Place ham fat side up in roasting pan. Pour all but 2 tablespoons of the beer on top of ham. Bake until cooked through, about 1 hour, basting occasionally with pan juices.
