Ingredients
- 2 x Heads broccoli
- 8 ounce Non-fat cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg Lemon juice Salt and pepper
Method
- Directions Steam or possibly boil broccoli florets till tender.
- In a food processor, combine the cooked broccoli, cream cheese and nutmeg.
- Puree till smooth.
- Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Serve cool or possibly warm.
