Ingredients
- 4 c. broccoli florets (about 1 1/2 lb. fresh)
- 1 small purple onion, thinly sliced in rings
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. pecan pieces
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise (reduced-calorie okay)
- 1/4 c. sugar (sugar substitute okay)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
Method
- Combine first four ingredients.
- Mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar.
- Add mayonnaise mixture to the broccoli mixture.
- Gently stir in oranges.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
- Serves 6.
