Ingredients

  • 4 c. broccoli florets (about 1 1/2 lb. fresh)
  • 1 small purple onion, thinly sliced in rings
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. pecan pieces
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise (reduced-calorie okay)
  • 1/4 c. sugar (sugar substitute okay)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained

Method

  • Combine first four ingredients.
  • Mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar.
  • Add mayonnaise mixture to the broccoli mixture.
  • Gently stir in oranges.
  • Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
  • Serves 6.
