Ingredients

  • 2 pkt Frzn minced broccoli
  • 2 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 c. Grated sharp cheese
  • 1 med Onion, minced
  • 1 can (17-ounce) English peas, liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. Cracker crumbs

Method

  • Cook broccoli by package directions.
  • Drain.
  • Beat Large eggs & mix together with everything else except broccoli, peas & crumbs.
  • Butter a 2-qt casserole.
  • Alternate layers of broccoli, peas & sauce.
  • Make 2 layers of each.
  • Top with cracker crumbs & bake at 350 for 30 min.
  • Serves 6-8.
