- 2 Onions
- 6 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Small red chili peppers (sliced into rounds)
- 1/3 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 dash Soy sauce
- 1 dash Chicken soup stock granules
- 1 dash Umami seasoning
- 150 grams Vegetable oil
- 150 grams Sesame oil (or vegetable oil)
Method
- Cut the onions into quarters, and slice thinly.
- Put in a heatproof container, and microwave without a cover for 10 minutes to evaporate the moisture.
- Slice the garlic thinly, and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes at 1000 W uncovered to evaporate the moisture.
- Stir fry the onions in plenty of vegetable oil until golden brown.
- Put the garlic and red chili peppers in another frying with oil, and put the heat on to low.
- Stir-fry until the garlic is light brown.
- Add the golden brown onion and the ingredients, and fry until the garlic and onion are crispy.
