Ingredients

  • 2 Onions
  • 6 clove Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Small red chili peppers (sliced into rounds)
  • 1/3 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 dash Soy sauce
  • 1 dash Chicken soup stock granules
  • 1 dash Umami seasoning
  • 150 grams Vegetable oil
  • 150 grams Sesame oil (or vegetable oil)

Method

  • Cut the onions into quarters, and slice thinly.
  • Put in a heatproof container, and microwave without a cover for 10 minutes to evaporate the moisture.
  • Slice the garlic thinly, and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes at 1000 W uncovered to evaporate the moisture.
  • Stir fry the onions in plenty of vegetable oil until golden brown.
  • Put the garlic and red chili peppers in another frying with oil, and put the heat on to low.
  • Stir-fry until the garlic is light brown.
  • Add the golden brown onion and the ingredients, and fry until the garlic and onion are crispy.
