Ingredients
- 2 cans corn (white Shoe Peg)
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 large can English peas
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 1 stack Ritz crackers
- salt and pepper
Method
- Mix all ingredients except cheese and crackers.
- Pour into large buttered baking dish.
- Spread grated cheese over this to cover.
- Then spread crackers (crushed) over cheese and casserole. Bake until good and bubbly or long enough for vegetables to be tender.
