Ingredients

  • 2 cans corn (white Shoe Peg)
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 large can English peas
  • 1 onion, chopped fine
  • 1 stack Ritz crackers
  • salt and pepper

Method

  • Mix all ingredients except cheese and crackers.
  • Pour into large buttered baking dish.
  • Spread grated cheese over this to cover.
  • Then spread crackers (crushed) over cheese and casserole. Bake until good and bubbly or long enough for vegetables to be tender.
