Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
Method
- Combine egg, salt and vinegar in bowl of food processor, fitted with steel blade. Pulse just to blend.
- With processor running, very slowly add the oil until the mixture emulsifies (or thickens). Add sour cream and chives.
- Pulse again just to blend.
