- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. milk
- 4 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
- 1 - 20 oz. pkg. broccoli cuts, thawed and drained
- 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 - 2.8 oz. can French fried onions
- 6 to 8 flour tortillas
Method
- Combine soups and milk and set aside.
- Combine chicken, broccoli, 1 c. cheese, 1/2 can of onions, and 1/2 of soup mixture. Divide chicken mixture evenly over tortillas and roll up.
- Place seam side down in a lightly greased rectangle baking dish.
- Pour remaining soup mixture over tortillas.
- Bake covered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
- Top tortillas with remaining cheese and onions.
- Bake uncovered for 5 minutes more.
