Ingredients
- 4 (6 to 8 oz. each) fish steaks, 1-inch thick (halibut, salmon, etc.)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Method
- Place garlic, paprika, red pepper and salt in blender and add 1/4 cup mayonnaise.
- Blend until garlic is minced and mixed into sauce.
- Add remaining mayonnaise and process until smooth.
