Ingredients
- 2 pkg. chopped broccoli
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 lb. Mexican cheese Velveeta
- 2 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 can cream of chicken soup
- 3 cans evaporated milk
Method
- Saute onion in butter.
- Melt cheese over low heat; add soups, onions and milk.
- Steam broccoli; add to cheese mixture and heat.
