Ingredients

  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 sticks celery, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 soup can evaporated milk
  • 1 stick garlic cheese
  • 1 can chunk chicken
  • 3 boxes frozen broccoli, cooked according to directions
  • grated cheese (optional)

Method

  • Saute margarine, onion (chopped) and celery (chopped).
  • Stir in cream of mushroom soup, evaporated milk and garlic cheese.
  • Add chunk chicken and frozen broccoli (cooked).
  • Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  • Bake in medium oven until brown.
  • Makes 1 large casserole or 2 small ones.
  • Can be frozen.
