Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken
- 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
Method
- Saute onions and celery in butter until tender.
- Mix remaining ingredients and bake casserole at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
- The last 5 minutes in the oven, sprinkle Durkee French fried onions on top.
