Ingredients

  • 2 boxes frozen broccoli
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. grated extra sharp cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 stick margarine or butter
  • 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb-flavored stuffing

Method

  • Cook broccoli in water and drain.
  • Beat eggs; add soup, mayonnaise, chopped onion, salt and pepper.
  • Add broccoli and put in baking dish.
  • Sprinkle cheese on top.
  • Melt butter and add stuffing mix; put in casserole dish (9 x 13-inch).
  • Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
