Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 c. milk or water
- 1/2 c. matzo meal
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- dash of cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Separate eggs (yolks and whites).
- Beat whites until stiff. Beat yolks and add other ingredients.
- Add whites (fold in).
- Drop by spoonful on greased frypan.
- Brown both sides.
- Serve with cinnamon and sugar or jelly.
