Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- nutmeg
Method
- Melt butter in small saucepan over low heat. Blend in flour. Add milk gradually, stirring constantly.
- Flavor with sugar and lemon. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
