Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. Minute rice
- 8 oz. Velveeta
- 1 (8 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 pkg. frozen broccoli
Method
- Thaw and cut broccoli.
- Cook rice.
- Saute onion and celery in butter until soft.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Place in casserole and bake 35 minutes at 350°.
