Ingredients
- 3/4 c. frozen, chopped spinach
- 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. melted margarine or butter
- 2 eggs
Method
- Cook and drain spinach.
- Sift together the flour, salt and baking powder.
- Add the milk, melted margarine and eggs to the sifted ingredients.
- Add spinach and cheese.
- Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan and bake at 375° for 35 minutes
