Ingredients
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 c. warm water (room temperature)
- 2 c. milk (warm)
- 1/3 c. oil
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 4 tsp. salt
- 2 beaten eggs
- 10 to 11 c. flour
Method
- Combine dry yeast and 1 teaspoon sugar and let set 10 minutes. Add warm water, warm milk and oil.
- Add sugar, salt and eggs. Slowly add flour.
- Mix together and dump on floured table.
- Knead in flour until not sticky.
- Rub oil over dough in 3 balls.
- Cover with towel and let sit in warm area 1 hour; spread on pans.
- Let rise.
