Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 c. warm water (room temperature)
  • 2 c. milk (warm)
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 4 tsp. salt
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 10 to 11 c. flour

Method

  • Combine dry yeast and 1 teaspoon sugar and let set 10 minutes. Add warm water, warm milk and oil.
  • Add sugar, salt and eggs. Slowly add flour.
  • Mix together and dump on floured table.
  • Knead in flour until not sticky.
  • Rub oil over dough in 3 balls.
  • Cover with towel and let sit in warm area 1 hour; spread on pans.
  • Let rise.
