Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken
- 6 c. water
- onions
- black pepper
- 3 cubes chicken bouillon
- 3 c. uncooked rice
Method
- Boil chicken in water; remove chicken.
- Let cool, then remove bones.
- To water, add onions, black pepper, bouillon and rice. Let cook until rice is tender.
- Add chicken.
- Heat until chicken is hot, then it's ready to serve.
