Ingredients
- 10 potatoes, cook with skin on
- 3 slices bread, cubed
- 1 large onion, cut up
- 1 green pepper, cut up
- 1 small jar pimento, cut up
- 1/2 small box Velveeta, shredded
- 1 c. butter, melted
- corn flake crumbs
- milk
Method
- Dice potatoes; add bread cubes, onion, pepper and pimentos. Toss together and season to taste.
- Add cheese.
- Put in large greased baking pan.
- Pour melted butter (or oleo) over top. Sprinkle corn flake crumbs over top.
- Pour milk around sides of pan until halfway up.
- Bake 1 hour at 350°.
- Serves 12.
