Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. rolled oats
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. mashed strawberries
  • 1 pkg. sugar-free strawberry Jell-O
  • 3/4 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1 qt. halved strawberries

Method

  • Place oats in blender; blend 1 minute until ground.
  • In bowl, stir oats, flour, sugar and salt.
  • Combine milk and oil.
  • Add to flour mixture; stir until moistened.
  • Form into ball; place ball between 2 squares of wax paper. Roll out; peel off top paper and fit into 9-inch pie pan.
  • Remove paper.
  • Prick bottom and sides. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes; cool.
