- 3/4 c. rolled oats
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. mashed strawberries
- 1 pkg. sugar-free strawberry Jell-O
- 3/4 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 1 qt. halved strawberries
Method
- Place oats in blender; blend 1 minute until ground.
- In bowl, stir oats, flour, sugar and salt.
- Combine milk and oil.
- Add to flour mixture; stir until moistened.
- Form into ball; place ball between 2 squares of wax paper. Roll out; peel off top paper and fit into 9-inch pie pan.
- Remove paper.
- Prick bottom and sides. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes; cool.
