Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. oleo, soft
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 c. almond brickle chips
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 c. Eagle Brand milk
- 1 c. chopped almonds or pecans
Method
- Combine egg, cake mix and oleo.
- Mix until crumbly.
- Press into 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
- Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well.
- Pour over cake.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
