Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon oats blend into flour
  • 4 3/4 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • 1/2 banana
  • 5 1/4 ounces low fat greek yoghurt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar Stevia
  • 1 3/8 teaspoons dark chocolate for the topping

Method

  • Mix banana, 20g shredded coconut, 50g Greek yoghurt, 1 tsp Stevia in a blender..
  • Apply mixture with a spoon on a baking paper on a baking tray. Shape two round cookies.
  • Bake cookies for 10 minutes on each side on 180 Celsius.
  • Meantime mix the rest of the ingredients.
  • When cookies are ready, put the filling on one, cover with other and pour over heated chocolate.
