Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oats blend into flour
- 4 3/4 tablespoons shredded coconut
- 1/2 banana
- 5 1/4 ounces low fat greek yoghurt
- 2 teaspoons sugar Stevia
- 1 3/8 teaspoons dark chocolate for the topping
Method
- Mix banana, 20g shredded coconut, 50g Greek yoghurt, 1 tsp Stevia in a blender..
- Apply mixture with a spoon on a baking paper on a baking tray. Shape two round cookies.
- Bake cookies for 10 minutes on each side on 180 Celsius.
- Meantime mix the rest of the ingredients.
- When cookies are ready, put the filling on one, cover with other and pour over heated chocolate.
