Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed golden mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire
  • 1 c. thinly sliced carrot
  • 1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen cut green beans

Method

  • Mix thoroughly the beef, onion, salt and pepper.
  • Shape firmly into 4 oval patties.
  • In skillet, brown patties (use shortening if necessary).
  • Pour off fat.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Cover; cook over low heat 20 minutes or until done.
  • Stir occasionally. Makes 4 servings.
