Ingredients
- 9 lb. cream cheese
- 4 lb. 8 oz. sugar
- 1 lb. 4 oz. butter
- 1 lb. 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 oz. lemon juice
- 1 lb. 8 oz. milk
- 3 lb. eggs
- 11 oz. cornstarch
Method
- Cream and smooth the cream cheese, butter and sugar.
- Whip eggs and cornstarch, then lemon juice and sour cream.
- Add the portions, then add milk slowly.
- Bake in a water bath at 350° until the top cracks, but not too brown.
- Let cool and take out of pan.
- Yields 3 cheesecakes.
