Ingredients
- 2 cans crescent rolls
- 2 lb. sausage
- 4 c. cheese (2 c. sharp and 2 c. Colby)
- 4 eggs
Method
- Cover bottom of 9 x 13 dish with 1 can crescent rolls. Brown sausage (1 pound mild and 1 pound hot). Drain well. Mix sausage, cheese and eggs together. Spread on top of rolls. Put second can of crescent rolls on top of mixture. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
