Ingredients

  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • 1 c. cold water
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 c. fresh orange juice
  • 1 1/2 c. seedless grapes
  • 1 large apple, chopped
  • 1 small orange
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped

Method

  • Dissolve gelatin in cold water; stir in hot water.
  • Add sugar and salt; stir until dissolved.
  • Blend in orange and lemon juices. Chill until mixture begins to thicken.
  • Fold in grapes, fruit and nuts.
  • Put into a 5-cup bowl or mold.
  • Oil bowl or mold before putting in mixture.
  • Chill until firm.
