Ingredients
- 6 to 8 c. any type bread
- 4 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. sugar
- 8 tbsp. butter, melted
- 3 Large eggs
- 2 tbsp. vanilla
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. minced pecans
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Method
- Combine all ingredients.
- Pour into buttered 9 x 9 baking dish.
- Cook at 350 degrees about 1 hour and 15 min till golden.
- Serve hot with sauce.
- Any fruits may be used in place of raisins.
