Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 3/4 c. oil
- 2 c. lukewarm water
- 1 egg, beaten
- 4 1/2 to 5 c. self-rising flour
Method
- Dissolve yeast in warm water.
- Stir in sugar and oil.
- Then add remaining ingredients.
- Fill greased muffin pans 1/2 full. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
- Store in refrigerator in a covered container for up to one week and use as needed.
