Ingredients
- 1 kielbasa, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple, undrained
- 1 (10 oz.) jar red currant jelly
Method
- Boil kielbasa for 15 to 20 minutes.
- While this is cooking, simmer the jelly and pineapple.
- Drain kielbasa and rinse with hot water.
- Combine with jelly mixture, simmer until thickened.
