Ingredients
- 1 tsp. minced onion
- 1 tsp. minced parsley
- 2 c. mashed potatoes
- 1 egg yolk
- 6 Vienna sausage
- 1 egg, diluted with 1 Tbsp. water
Method
- Mix the first 4 ingredients.
- Saute sausage.
- Coat with potato mixture.
- Roll in bread crumbs.
- Dip in egg and water mixture; roll in crumbs again.
- Fry in deep fat at 375° until golden brown.
